  We’ve recently worked with Target HR on a few small but important HR matters, and I’ve been really impressed with their service. They responded quickly, offered clear and practical advice, and handled everything with professionalism and discretion. It’s reassuring to know that we’ve got access to expert guidance when we need it, without any fuss or overcomplication. The Target HR Compliance service helps us stay on top of all the employment law and HR compliance changes are delivered straight to us along with policy changes to ensure our employee handbook and policies are always up to date.   Cannot speak highly enough regarding working with Target HR.  Luke is HUGELY knowledgeable, efficient, responds quickly, is non-judgemental and makes complicated issues/processes easy to understand.  What makes Target HR different to others offering similar HR services are a number of factors, mainly: 1) not only can they help/advise on the more complex HR issues a company may be facing but they are also always there for the small stuff too - I love the fact that if I am ever unsure, I can whizz something over to them via email or give them a quick call.  2) all the OPTIONS are always provided, and they see the issue(s) from both sides - the employer and the employee.  For example, Luke might say things like, "you could do this...but then you run the risk of x,y z, or you could this, but then you would need to be mindful of x, y, z."  What I am saying is, they put all the options on the table - the good, the bad, the high and the low risk, all obviously keeping within HR law boundaries. I have colleagues who deal with HR consultants who seem to persistently fall on the side of the employee by default, which I don't think should be the case.  There's a lot of grey area in HR law (like any laws),  the employer is already up against what seems like a very one-sided HR agenda - it is only fair that the employer has all the options available to them to be able to make an informed decision about what to do next and not just be given the (easier) 'text book' answer.
