Employee Exit Interviews
Getting feedback on the employee experience is vital.
We will conduct up to five exit interviews per annum for you when your employees leave, to obtain honest and candid feedback about your organisation. We find employees open up more to third parties, and we leave a 2 week gap between their last day to give them time to reflect on their experience. We then provide you with a detailed report, highlighting your areas of success and areas that require improvement.
